Trade Quote Purchases

Trade customers can return most products for a refund within 30 days of the payment date, provided the item is unused, in its original new condition, and with all original, unmarked packaging. A minimum 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  1. Custom-made products.
  2. Products that are scratched, marked, or otherwise modified.

Online Purchases

Online customers can return most products for a refund within 30 days of the payment date, provided the item is unused, in its original new condition, and with all original, unmarked packaging.

  1. You misinterpreted the product specifications on our website.
  2. You made inaccurate assumptions about the product, such as size, installation, illumination, and electrical configurations.
  3. You simply changed your mind, including preferences regarding color or size.

Color

Colors displayed on your computer screen may slightly differ from their real-life counterparts. Such variations are entirely normal and do not constitute a valid reason for return.

Claims

Once we confirm that a return or exchange should take place, you will receive detailed instructions for the return process. Please refrain from returning items without prior instructions, as we operate from multiple warehouses and need to track your item efficiently.
