Trade pricing starts on orders of $800 or more. For smaller orders, we recommend using our website to complete your purchase.

Who can apply for trade rates?

Eligible applicants include licensed tradespeople, electricians, developers, architects, builders, and businesses with a current ABN.

Are your emergency and exit lights commercial grade, suitable for Australia?

All our lights are commercial grade, and strictly adhere to the various Australian emergency and exit lighting standards, including AS2293.

Shipping & Dispatch

Where do your products ship from?

We ship all items from our Australian distribution centers.

What does shipping cost?

Trade orders generally incur a flat delivery fee of $50.

When will my order ship?

We aim to dispatch most trade orders within 1 to 2 working days after receiving payment.

Returns & Warranties

What is your returns policy for trade orders?

Returned products will be refunded minus a minimum 25% restocking fee. The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the payment date, and the refund will be processed after confirmation that the products have been returned in their original new condition with the original, unmarked packaging. A product cannot be returned if it is custom-made or modified.

Are products under warranty?

Yes, all our product come with a premium extended warranty. Specific warranty details are listed on each product page.
